In depth

Verdict

A competitive bumper rounds off proceedings.Back To Ben Alder is taken to maintain his unbeaten record. The gelding from the Nicky Henderson yard is held in high regard and he easily beat Forever Dream on his debut. He is sure to have learnt from the experience and will be hard to beat. Plastic Paddy won well at Uttoxeter last time when defeating a Henderson trained horse so they have a line of form to it. Icy River is sure to improve for his debut effort behind Conchita but he will need to do so to score. Plumier is a well bred gelding from a top yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market. Of the remainder Lord Alyn is well thought of and he is worth a look in the market.
