MODUN has an entry in the Irish St Leger and looked every inch a future Group horse in the making when registering an easy win in a handicap at Newbury on his return to action. He beat a subsequent winner by four lengths on that occasion and, if handling the likely soft conditions over this longer trip, Sir Michael Stoute's charge can take this on his way to better things. Stablemate Blissful Moment is not without a chance and could reverse recent form on better terms with Rock A Doodle Doo, while the progressive Sharaayeen, who will appreciate any give underfoot, will have come on for last month's reappearance at Newmarket. Taqleed is better than his recent comeback at York suggests and Heddwyn can do better on only his fifth start.
