Verdict
Old rivals Baracouda and Deano's Beano renew rivalry here and Baracouda is taken to win again. The eight year old defeated Deano's Beano by seven lengths at Newbury last time and off level weights again here he is taken to confirm his superiority over that rival. Mr Cool won a grade 2 hurdle in good style last time out when defeating Quazar but that was over two and a half miles and he has to conclusively prove he stays this far. The remainder need to better their best to trouble the judge so the confident vote goes to Baracouda
