        Adelphi Theatre (USA) Improved effort for debut when opening account at Fontwell earlier in the month over 2m4f; looked a smart prospect then and solid claims if handling faster ground.

        Ibis Rochelais (FR) Won Folkestone maiden hurdle in May; could have needed first start since when third behind Turkestan here at the beginning of the month so may improve.

        Berewolf (IRE) Well beaten on recent return after a lay off in maiden hurdle at Cheltenham; needs to improve significantly.

        Drom Wood (IRE) Good winner of Bellewstown bumper in July; unraced since and makes hurdling debut here so is difficult to back with confidence.

        El Viejo (IRE) Gained well deserved first success (after three placed efforts) when winning Sandown bumper in good fashion last time; form of that race nothing special and first start over hurdles here.

        Felixrdotcom Has shown ability on both starts so far (both on this course); held by Ibis Rochelais on running last time but may have improvement in him.

        Ferrets Hill (IRE) Encouraging debut run when second to Putup Or Shutup in Fakenham bumper; from a top stable and sure to have been well schooled for first start over hurdles.

        Spy Knoll Long absence to overcome and form short of what should be required to win this.

        Strain The Rein Has shown ability in the past but little encouragement to be gained from recent reappearance at Cheltenham

        Supreme Irony (IRE) Has been off the track for 10 months since weakening in soft ground handicap at Fontwell; faces a difficult task here.
