In depth

Formwatch

Lord Youky (FR) Didn't beaten much to win two novice hurdles at Hereford and Southwell this season; interesting that he is put into handicap company for his first start over fences.

Long Lunch (IRE) Ran well until a mistake five out seemed to knock the stuffing out of him on recent chase debut at Kempton; looks well treated on best of hurdles form on handicap debut.

Garolsa (FR) No real encouragement from reappearance outing; more exposed than most of these.

Maxie McDonald (IRE) Races off a 13lb higher mark than when successful at Worcester in July; creditable second behind Phar From A Fiddle on first start since (last month) but faces a difficult task off new mark.
