Verdict

Since Day One beat Soft Risk when scoring at Newcastle though attempts to confirm superiority on worse terms. The former’s only defeat over hurdles so far came at the hands of KIHAVAH when the latter won at Musselburgh. Well beaten in the Imperial Cup at Sandown last time, Adrian Keatley’s charge will find this easier and may edge affairs. Ingleby Hollow ended a long losing run over hurdles with a victory at Doncaster while Platinumcard, a useful handicapper on the Flat, returns to hurdles on his debut for Gordon Elliott.
