MILTON OF CAMPSIE may be able to reel off a quickfire hat-trick for her new trainer but there are plenty in with chances including Daring Dream and Jack Rackham. The selection had gone eight races without tasting success prior to showing up well in third on debut for John Balding in August and she has built on the promise of that run in no uncertain terms. Her penalty means that she's running from a mark that's 3lbs lower than her initial rating so there's reason to believe that it won't prove beyond her and she's clearly on good terms with herself. Distant Sun is in form and not badly treated on the best of his efforts whilst Daring Dream also enjoyed a successful outing last time but that was his maiden success and came on soft ground so he's easy enough to oppose. Maison Dieu scored from this mark over course and distance in June so enters calculations having gone close last time whilst Top Bid is getting closer to a perch that he should prove capable of winning from. John Keats should give another good account whilst Jack Rackham has the ability to go close but it's a long time since he's won a race. Yorkshire Blue has tasted success more recently and is no back number in this contest but Milton Of Campsie is the suggestion.
