It will be interesting to see how the market shapes up for the daughter of Hennessy, Spirit Child, on her debut but Jamie Osborne's filly will need to be useful to get the better of PASSKEY, who gets the vote over Totalitarian. Simon Callaghan's gelding has run well in both starts so far, finishing third on his debut in a Kempton maiden before filling the same position at Redcar last month. He should again be thereabouts again and rates the main danger to the selection. Willie Muir's Anagram ran better here last month over six furlongs when belying odds of 25/1 in finishing third behind Gurteen Diamond and he has every chance if staying this longer trip. Alan Swinbank's Efisio gelding Mr Rainbow and Walter Swinburn's Serious Drinking, a daughter of Successful Appeal, are both potentially interesting newcomers but preference is for the proven form of Passkey. Sir Mark Prescott's filly has been placed in all three starts, latterly when seemingly not quite getting the trip when second in a 1m1f maiden at Hamilton, and she looks worth backing to go one better today.
