    Verdict

Heavy going has predictably meant that this race has cut up badly and we take Pertemps Networks to get the better of Bayonyx and Delightfully. Pertemps Networks had a recent run on the level but the selection is better judged on a Market Rasen victory under similar conditions. It will be difficult to shoulder a penalty but there are no problems with trip or going. Bayonyx bombed out in a better race at Sandown. He cannot be disregarded so readily in this company given the form of the stable. Lenny Lungo has two in this contest. Delightfully won in France on soft going so might be the pick of the pair. Flamed Amazement has had chances but no answer to the useful Los Nadis. Simple Jim doesn't look any great shakes. Zoren attracted some interest on debut although ultimately was to pull up. An event that could throw up plenty of future winners and Pertemps Networks looks the most obvious today.
