        Verdict

        Green Pirate gets the vote in this claimer with Another Genepi and Satyricon rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair third behind Dickie La Davoir in similar grade last time out, he looks sure to improve for the fitting of first time blinkers and off what looks a fair mark he looks the one to be on. Another Genepi is likely to make a bold bid to make all the running but he has been done no favours by the draw. Satyricon is another that could go well but consistency is not his strong point. Of the remainder Sir Douglas looks vulnerable under top weight while Alto Vertigo is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Green Pirate.
