Takingrisks returned from an absence to win last year’s renewal but is 15lb higher today having ended last season with a victory in the Scottish Grand National. He beat JUSTATENNER (NAP) by less than a length in this but the latter is fighting fit on the back of a string of placed efforts and Tristan Davidson’s charge is fancied to reverse running on today’s more favourable terms. Taxmeifyoucan has been beaten on the Flat since winning at Hexham on last month’s reappearance but is only 2lb higher today and is still preferred to both Heist and Spirit Of Kayf.
