        Verdict

        Clansman has won over 1m5f here and finished in front of Dancing Cloud earlier in the year. Michael's Pledge went close over 2m at Ripon in August but CANTALUPO BELLA found only the progressive Manxman too good at Nottingham last time and the Easterbys’ filly looks capable of opening her account in this. Aighear won this last year and is preferred to stablemate and recent hurdles winner Pammi.
