      Verdict

      Thaki is best on the all-weather and hasn’t won in almost a year but the remaining quartet look closely matched. Tangled usually needs a run but Foreseeable Future has had a pipe-opener and is effective between 5f and 7f. OUR ABSENT FRIENDS has only won over 5f on Tapeta so far but has run a couple of fair races over this trip and still has scope on Turf. Water Of Leith will have no problem with going, trip or track but he’s barely raised a gallop in two runs this term.
