In depth

Verdict

DREAM TODAY has achieved a rating of 105 having finished second in the Group 3 Autumn Stakes at Newmarket in October, though he's finished last in both subsequent starts so is one to be wary of at a short price. Mount Ararat showed good pace throughout over 1m2f at Newcastle and dropping back in trip looks the correct option while Heirslookingatyou pulled too hard on ground with some give at Hamilton and will be better suited here. Addis Ababa has a cracking pedigree and could be the one to find any flaws in the selection's make-up as he's the fourth foal of a mare who has already produced three useful winners.
