In depth

Verdict

Ask The Tycoon and The Great Getaway have both won maiden point-to-points but how that form will transfer to a bumper is anybody's guess. CATHAL'S STAR and Cydercourt are newcomers from yards that generally do well in this sphere. The former is a half-brother to three winners over jumps and can complete a successful day for his trainer. The market will likely tell us all we need to know about the others.
