      Verdict

      BORN TO BE ALIVE made a belated debut at Wetherby last month where he travelled well throughout over that 1m2f before just worn down by Shymkent and beaten a head. He'll have come on a bundle for the experience and should go one better. Lamloom has had five runs and hasn't been beaten far in his last two at Ripon while Drumochter is certain to have benefited from her run at Kempton in February and should get competitive. The remainder with experience have shown nothing so one of the newcomers could sneak into the money.
