In depth
Verdict
This could be another one for Graham lee if Roman Army gets his act together this afternoon. Named At Dinner and Gunadoir make the most appeal from the reminder, although Em's Royalty would have to be a consideration if he's had a seasonal run under his belt. Sue Bradburne's charge will no doubt strip fitter for the outing, though. And is one to monitor around the northern tracks in the coming months. Gunadoir has a similar profile and will also be better for a run. However, he does have the ground in his favour, so a market move would be very interesting. Named At Dinner has the ability to win at this level, if he puts his mind to the task in hand! So is another worthy of consideration. Still, his record of one win from 30 previous starts over hurdles hardly needs elaborating on , and he is for the brave only. Which brings us back to Roman Army, who has shown flashes of promise lately and, as he has the best jockey in the plate on this occasion, the five-year-old is taken to benefit greatly from the assistance he gets from the saddle.
