        Ayr Poet is regularly in the mix without winning and drops down a grade today but ROYAL COUNTESS scored over course and distance last month and, having run well again over a mile here last time, she gets another chance. Caballero and Water Iris placed over a shorter trip at Hamilton on their respective latest starts but both have something to prove over this far and Molinari is preferred back on fast going.
