First Look,My Final Bid and Auenmoon are three against the field in this novices hurdle and the vote is given to First Look. The selection won well last time out when beating Nae Bother At All. Granted he has a penalty for that win but this race lacks strength in depth and he is taken to defy the handicapper under conditions that suit. My Final Bid rates the main danger on his latest second behind Money Trix but he has had plenty of chances and he is very one paced in a finish so again he is vulnerable. Auenmoon hails from the same stable as the selection and he was a fair second behind Regal Heights last time out but his future may lie in handicaps. Of the remainder Troll has shown enough in his runs to date to suggest he can take a hand in a race of this nature while Cherished Number is sure to have been well schooled for this his hurdling debut but for the winner we return to First Look who sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
