Verdict

Freed From Desire is penalised for her narrow victory at Redcar but only just failed to make all on a return visit early this month. Beechwood Ella couldn't make much impression at Musselburgh but will have come on for the experience while Gordon Elliott sends Clonard Abbey over from Ireland and she's another certain to make progress from her opening run at Killarney. Katiejay is a 40,000gns daughter of War Command who should be ideally suited by the trip but Karl Burke will be keeping everything crossed for the debut of MISTRESS OF LOVE, a daughter of Scat Daddy who cost an incredible $1million at Keeneland last September and has a Group 2 entry later this month.
