Verdict
Although Mystical Girl is entitled to have come on from here debut she did not look to be anything out of the ordinary on that occasion and may have a little more learning to do before she can confidently be supported. Therefore a chance is taken that the ease in grade for Divine Gift is enough to bring about the desired effect on the Groom Dancer colt. Of the rest Neap Tide and Blade's Edge are also open to plenty of improvement and there should be races to be won with them in the future. However, they may be better off when handicapped and are best watched today. In contrast, Divine Gift, who faced a very stiff task at Ascot last time and was far from disgraced in defeat. His debut second to Old Deuteronomy looks solid in the context of this race, and a repeat of that performance would suffice to claim the major honours here.
