Verdict
Summer Special shaped as though he would apppreciate this trip when a staying-on second over 6f at Pontefract last week and must go well off the same mark. Naahy was a comfortable all-the-way winner in a weak event at Thirsk but was far from disgraced when second in a Salisbury nursery next time and should prove hard to peg back but the drying conditions may be against recent Beverley scorer, Iloveturtle.
