Verdict
Joint Statement is still a maiden but should be capable of winning his share judged on his last two placed efforts in similar company. Mick Channon's charge has been found wanting over slightly further so the drop in trip should suit ideally. Cherished Number, a maiden winner over this trip at Catterick in May, has acquitted himself well in similar company of late and should give another good account while Tuscarora ran well when placed in a big field of handicappers at Thirsk last time and races off the same mark here.
