Verdict

It was soft going when Iris Dancer scored at Hamilton with Run This Way well beaten. The former should still be in the mix once again but DANDY’S GOLD gets another chance. Second on his last couple of outings, Roger Fell’s charge can go one better with an apprentice’s allowance in his favour today. Sound Of Iona finished just in front of Lazyitis at Carlisle though neither threatened and the latter is fitted with cheekpieces.
