MISS DAAWE is a speculative opinion with Sunley Sovereign and Medici Time as the alternatives. Brian Ellison's filly does not stay six furlongs so the recent effort at Wolverhampton can be safely ignored. That said, she has produced some of her better efforts in bigger fields and with Lance Betts taking off 5lb; we are prepared to play at the likely odds. Sunley Sovereign narrowly failed to land a gamble at Newcastle. He seems to run all surfaces alike. Medici Time has top weight. A winner at Haydock Park, he drops back to the minimum trip having previously been moded as a middle distance type. Franny Norton is riding well at the moment so expect to see confidence behind Wicked Wilma. The mare carries a 6lb penalty for victory at Musselburgh earlier in the week. The Bear bids for a hat-trick off a 8lb higher mark than where he started. Town And Gown ran a career best in a maiden at Newcastle and proved it be no fluke with a solid run from out of the handicap at Musselburgh. Chosen One represents a yard that seem to be in much better form than what they were. Taurus Twins drops back to five and has plenty of early pace. A comment that can equally apply to Imprimis Tagula. Grudge won't mind the testing conditions and could be best of the rest. Many chances held and Miss Daawe appears to have conditions very much in her favour.
