Verdict

Disappointingly there are just the four runners for this novices' handicap hurdle and with Corbie's Glen 40lbs wrong at the weights the finish should be fought out by the other three. Mr Woodentop has yet to prove his effectiveness on ground this fast but is relatively unexposed, while Whitenzo, who is 3lb better for six lengths with Stormez on running at Aintree, has claims of reversing form with his Aintree conqueror, who has had two hard races at Cheltenham and Aintree.
