Verdict

Sail Away pulled too hard dropped in trip last time at Chepstow and still has some scope. Ascot winner Oscar Elite ran well for fifth in the Ultima at Cheltenham and Temptationinmilan has been going well in handicaps in Ireland but Where It All Began has yet to win over the larger obstacles. Ned Tanner has won twice at Kelso this term but was only second off this mark last time at Haydock. Dusart carried a big weight to victory in this last year for Nicky Henderson and CITY CHIEF (NAP) can follow suit. He by-passed Cheltenham and Aintree after winning the Grade 2 Towton at Wetherby and looks a smart prospect in staying chases. Forward Plan looked to be in the handicapper’s grip at Kelso.
