Verdict

With runners spread across the track at York last time, CRYSTAL KING (NAP) found himself on the wrong side and can be forgiven that run. He beat the re-opposing Sleeping Lion at Wolverhampton before that and Sir Michael Stoute has a fine strike rate here. Brighton winner Charles Kingsley bids for a hat-trick raised a further 6lb having finished ahead of Dragon Mountain earlier. But both he and stablemate Fire Fighting found Theglasgowwarrior too good at Hamilton before that and the latter’s yard has won the last two renewals. Indianapolis finished in front of the selection at York last time while Kelly's Dino remains 6lb higher than when scoring at Ascot last summer and has undergone recent wind surgery.
