In depth

Verdict

Harswell Duke faces different conditions having won a maiden race in soft ground over a longer trip at Musselburgh. He makes his handicap debut while WHITTLE LE WOODS attempts today’s trip for the first time but is expected to last home having won over 6f on the Fibresand early in the year and Michael Dods’ colt gets the nod. Royal Advice has won three times at Newcastle this year while Bravado has been gelded since last in action.
