In depth

Verdict

Miss Burnett attracted some support on her debut at Wetherby and, though well beaten, will have come on for the experience. Spoils Of War has been showing progress between the flags in Ireland though is likely to do better when tackling obstacles. BABY BACH won a point at Maralin in November then made a fine debut in a bumper on this track when chasing home the much-fancied Another Bill with the remainder in another county. He'll improve and may have too much basic pace for Mahler And Me, who went for £65,000 at the sales after landing a point at Rathmorrissey in March, though the pair he beat that day have been well beaten subsequently.
