In depth
Verdict
A competitive handicap hurdle which features some in-form contenders. Talarive has been generally progressive this season and will be well suited by the cut in the ground. He didn't seem to quite stay last time and will be seen to better effect over this trip. Prince Among Men is another who was progressing well at the end of last year and can be relied on to put in another good affair, with a two month break sure to have freshened him up. Tissifer is a decent performer on the Flat and was highly-tried over hurdles last season. He seemed to be coming back to his best last time at Doncaster in competitive company and could be the one to be on here. His stablemate Welcome To Unos is in fair form and holds each-way hopes. Khan Kicker has plenty to find with the latter on recent form.
