        Verdict

        Duncan Of Scotland has strong claims bidding for a hat-trick off the same mark as when scoring at at Dundalk recently. He’d won over track and trip before that with Goninodaethat, New Decade and Spoken Words all well beaten. But SCOTCH MYST was beaten less than a length at Thirsk last time when just behind a subsequent winner and Richard Fahey’s grey gets the nod on that form. Lizzy's Dream was well ahead of Ss Vega when runner-up at Musselburgh but has just the one win in 34 starts on Turf.
