        Verdict

        Consistency is not exactly a strong point with the leading contenders, but a chance is taken that DHHAMAAN can reproduce last week's good effort in this lower grade. He was beaten only a head over C&D on that occasion and a repeat should see him back to winning ways. Viking Warrior took advantage of a drop in the weights to win at Thirsk last month but was well beaten off today's mark last time, while Drive Home put a dismal effort at Musselburgh behind him to win over C&D a fortnight ago and he could figure if in the mood. Hansomis could prove best of the rest.
