Verdict
The Delray Munky is on the upgrade though his two recent victories on the track have been over 2m3f and he's yet to prove he stays this far. Sweet As Candy was having only his second start over timber when landing a 2m5f maiden on testing ground here last month but he's scored between the flags and stamina shouldn't be an issue. Transient Bay has won five races over timber including around here though has never scored beyond 2m4f and he's now on his highest mark. SKIPTHESCALES (NAP) is on the upgrade and first-time blinkers had the desired effect when he battled on strongly over this trip at Newcastle last month. He has a 7lb rise to contend with but can shrug off the extra and complete a double. Richard Johnson is booked for Durbanville but his mount ran poorly at Doncaster last time.
