Verdict
AL QAASIM landed a double on the all-weather at the start of the year and scored again at Pontefract last time. He found surprise 50/1 winner Clansman too good at Redcar before that but this faster surface will suit and David O’Meara’s charge can reverse running. It was soft going when the veteran Royal Regent won here last summer while Seven For A Pound ended last season with a victory at Ripon and Flying Moon is back on a winning mark.
