STRONG STEPS won this in 2017 and has been threatening a return to winning ways. A runner-up at Hamilton last time, he had earlier finished in front of Chinese Spirit and Pudding Chare when beaten only a nose over track and trip so Jim Goldie’s charge gets the nod. Vive La Difference posted one of his better efforts when placed at Ripon recently but it was testing going when Zodiakos scored at Haydock earlier and Mustaqbal is also best with plenty of cut in the ground.
