In depth

Verdict

Highstakesplayer was a shade keen on his debut at Sandown so did well to reach the frame and better is expected here. But FLY BY MILAN probably sets the standard as he ran green here five weeks ago but only lost out by a neck against a more-experienced rival with the first two pulling well clear. Royal Rank was unlucky in a bunch finish over course and distance last month so is also respected with Majestic Storm the pick of Lucinda Russell’s pair on jockey bookings.
