In depth

Verdict

Ballabriggs completed a hat-trick over fences early last year including the Fulke Walwyn/Kim Muir at Cheltenham. His target is the Grand National but he warmed up with a superb return victory over timber at Wincanton and is certain to give a good account despite his big weight. Irish raider Yes Tom looks a big threat to all though he didn't do as well as expected in testing ground at Down Royal last time. His compatriot Kingsmoss probably needed the run here earlier this month as he had been off since August. He looked a progressive type previously and can make his presence felt. VIVONA HILL has a very long absence to overcome but this dual bumper winner hails from a yard that can get one ready. His pedigree shouts jumping and he can make a winning debut over timber.
