Verdict
Conditions aren't a problem for top-weight Masked Dance however a better bet may be handicap newcomer STARRY MOUNT who may be fairly treated off a mark of 63. Andy Haynes brings his Observatory colt a long way north for this winnable opportunity and he has run two fair races when travelling up before. The drop back in trip on softer ground shouldn't hinder and a big run is anticipated. Masked Dance has been seen more in sellers and claimers in his career however he handles this ground well and although he looks high enough in the weights he cannot be ignored. Demonstrative was another beaten favourite last time out; this Elusive Quality colt should appreciate the return to the turf and if he handles the ground then he should go close. We'll Deal Again bounced back to form last time out and has two solid nursery runs to his name, Miami Gator has had 80 days off since his last outing, whilst blinkers may spark up Lady Lefroy but they will need to. Rescent should appreciate the return to seven furlongs and might run well at a price, however it is Starry Mount who is preferred.
