Verdict

DAWERANN reversed earlier running here with Ebazan when fourth in a competitive novice event at Galway. Michael Hourigan's charge is take to get back to winning ways today ahead of course and distance scorer The Ring Is King and Hurricane Jojo, who has a 6lb penalty to overcome after winning at Sligo last Thursday. Vedani could be interesting off a low weight but Foot Soldier in a couple of pounds out of the handicap and Hurricane Ridge ran poorly at Galway. Viconte Du Noyer is eased in grade, however, and Roman General is making steady progress so can't be ignored.
