In depth

Verdict

ASEASYAS was behind Maal in a 1m2f Sligo contest when last seen but can be expected to reverse the form here and that may be enough. Augustine Leahy's charge is a course and distance winner who likes the ground and in receipt on 6lbs from Maal just gets the call. The latter ran well over a trip just beyond a mile last time having won that Sligo contest previously and can't be ruled out now returned to a more suitable distance although another furlong would've helped. Table Forty Six has a 4lb pull to help get closer to Maal but has twice finished behind that rival this term and wants the ground quicker. Badger Or Bust showed much more last time but is worse off at the weights with some of these now and isn't consistent while Dabeina is clearly a long way below her rating and has been hard to train.
