Verdict

David Garrick showed major improvement when runner-up at Bellewstown but Prince Of Verona made too many mistakes at Cork and will need a better round. Vocito has had plenty of chances though his recent run at Punchestown puts him right in the picture while Telecon has shown potential in bumpers. Turkestan has had a run on the Flat since disappointing at Kilbeggan but the vote goes to LADIAM, who had shown little until attracting support at Sligo and only beaten a head. Viceregent, a winner on the Flat for Richard Fahey, may be capable of better than he's shown to date.
