Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer and hurdler Sorceror looks a nice type for chasing judged on a very good run behind Kakagh at Naas last October but a long absence may just prove his downfall. Useful hurdler La Sarrazine has an even longer absence to overcome on his chasing debut though is one to note for the future but the veteran SPRING THE QUE may just have too much experience this time. Robert Tyner charge loves heavy going and though unsuccessful in 14 starts over the bigger obstacles his overall form, including when runner-up to subsequent Grade 3 winner Head Of The Posse in this a year ago, is strong enough. Arch Rebel, eight times a winner on the Flat and over hurdles, will have benefited from his chasing bow at Killarney and can fight it out for a place at least.
