Verdict

Light That has won twice over hurdles so there is no reason why the Gowran runner-up won’t stay this longer trip on the Flat. Rain is forecast and connections of Cork winner Mademoiselle Penny wouldn’t want the going to deteriorate but PRINCE CHARMIN’ appears to handle all types of surface. Returning to the Flat over this trip at Leopardstown, Tony Martin’s in-form hurdler acquitted himself well and can pick up the winning thread again today. Irish Bulletin hasn’t run on the Flat since 2014 and Lord Justice is still a maiden on the level and may need this.
