Verdict
This can go to Xaipete ahead of Brooksie and Sadler's Secret. Richard Guest's 11-year-old is fully exposed but still has a few more wins in him judged on this season's efforts. A winner at Worcester three runs ago, he is still well treated on the best of his old form and will be staying on stoutly at the finish. Brooksie had a busy summer last year, landing back-to-back races, and could still be an improving sort. He is likely to need this though and is probably best watched. Sadler's Secret has not won for some time and he too has a bit of a break to overcome. The rest don't look anything for Xaipete to worry about and he should prove to be the answer, before going back over fences again.
