Verdict

SAO is thrown in on past form and the booking of the champion increases confidence that he’ll put his best foot forward here, though he will need to reverse Stratford form last month with Blaze A Trail. Vinnie The Hoddie wasn’t beaten far at Worcester on his reappearance but was behind Trapista in a race in which subsequent Stratford winner Gold Link unseated his rider in the early stages. Getaway Luv won in the grade at Cartmel, though was behind the selection earlier at Perth. Conditions may not be slow enough for Market Rasen winner The Big Jetaway.
