Gustavo won with a fair bit in hand last time and is taken to defy a 7lb penalty and follow up here, with Helen Wood, Rebel Raider and Sasso all likely to go well. The selection comes from the in-form Venetia Williams yard and will enjoy the cut in the ground here. Three wins from his last four starts has seen him rise in the weights, but if his latest Folkestone win was anything to go by then he has not stopped just yet. Helen Wood receives 4lb from the selection and was another comfortable winner last time, taking a Leicester handicap hurdle. She could certainly go well again, although consistency is not her strong suit so for that reason we will oppose. Rebel Raider was the easy winner of a Huntingdon handicap last time and reappears over the same trip. Cut will be no inconvenience to him and this track may well suit, but carrying topweight won't be easy and we will look elsewhere this time. Of the remainder, Sasso is well connected, trip and ground suit, and he is dropping in the handicap, so he can't be totally ruled out, but preference is for Gustavo to make it four from five.
