In depth

Verdict

TULLYRAINE has a fine chance to cap a memorable week for Willie Twiston-Davies as the gelding should have too many guns for this field if reproducing his excellent run in the Grade 1 Challow Hurdle when a 15 length fifth to the ill-fated Backspin and the likes of Court In Motion and subsequent Supreme Novices winner Al Ferof. However, he must be forgiven a well below par effort last time. Areuwitmenow has taken time to get his act together since joining the in-form Charlie Longsdon yard but his latest improved effort suggests he's one to take seriously here. Cocacobana has shown bits and pieces of form, while it will be interesting to see if there is any notable market support for hurdling newcomer Farewell Bluebell.
