Fearless Mel is taken to score in the finale with Waynesworld and Pangeran rated as the main dangers. The selection won in emphatic fashion over this course and distance last time when beating Nosam and if he reproduces that effort today he will be very difficult to beat. He remains relatively lightly-raced despite being an 11-year-old so there may be more to come from him and he gets the confident vote. Waynesworld rates the main danger as he was still travelling well when falling at Uttoxeter last time. However, with doubts over his jumping we are prepared to oppose him on this occasion. Pangeran is a game sort who has been running well lately, but he is a little one-paced and although he has place prospects the likelihood is that he will find a couple too good. Bang And Blame is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market, but for the winner we will stick with Fearless Mel.
