ETHELWYN should be winning one of these events this year having placed in all three starts last term. She had a couple of subsequent winner in front when third at Sedgefield in September and is preferred to Actinpieces. The latter did not show that much progress when runner-up at Fakenham last time but Carinena may finish closer today after a debut fifth at Wetherby in November. Roztoc is related to the smart hurdle/chase winners Now This Is It and Masters Hill while The Nipper, Cloudburst and Myrtle Drive are other newcomers to note.
